Michael Petruccelli

Michael is a freelance operatic tenor currently based in Melbourne, Australia. He has recently made critically acclaimed appearances as Septimius in the Opera Australia and Pinchgut Opera's co-production of Theodora at the Sydney Opera House and as The Stranger in Sir Jonathan Mills' Eucalyptus for the 2024 Perth Festival. 

 

Last October, he was awarded first prize in 2023 Sydney International Song Prize through the Joan Sutherland and Richard Bonynge Foundation.
